Starting as a single practice in Springs, NRS has grown into a multi-centre diagnostic radiology entity. Current operational sites include Netcare N17 Hospital in the East Rand, Ahmed Kathrada Private Hospital in the South Rand and Netcare Waterfall City Hospital in Midrand.

The organization is 100% owned by its local participating radiologists and is BEE compliant.
